Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 rump roast, 3-4 lbs.
1/2 onion, sliced
Lawrey's Season Salt
Pepper
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Rub salt and pepper all over the roast. Put half the onion slices on the center of a large piece of foil Place roast on top and cover with the rest of onion. Pull both sides of foil straight up and fold over several times to make a tight seal. Do the same with the foil of the sides. This needs to be sealed tightly so the roast can steam.
Bake in 350 oven for 2-3 hours. Adjust time according to weight.

For Gravy:
Use drippings from cooked roast by pouring the drippings from the foil into a small pan and bring to a boil. Mix 2-3 T. Wonder flour with a small amount of water to form consistency of tomato soup and lumps are gone. Slowly add flour into the drippings, stirring until thickened. Season according to taste.
