C flour
tsp garlic salt
tsp pepper
tsp oregano
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1 T oil
1 T butter

For the Sauce

1 C sliced fresh mushrooms
C chopped onion
1 T minced garlic
3 T flour
C Marsala wine
1 C beef stock
salt and pepper to taste

1. Stir together flour, garlic salt, pepper and oregano. Dredge chicken to lightly coat.

2. Heat oil and butter in cast iron frying pan. Fry chicken until golden brown on one side. Turn
chicken over and add and finish cooking completely. Remove chicken from pan.

3. Add onions, garlic,and mushrooms to pan and cook until tender.

4. Add 3T flour to pan and stir for one minute; then add the wine and beef stock slowly and continue cooking until it
thickens. Return chicken to pan and reheat through on low.
