2 lbs ground beef
1 packet Sloppy Joe or meatloaf seasoning
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1-2 cups either oats, breadcrumbs, or instant rice (depending on how liquid your meat mixture ends up)
Optional additions: (best if blended in a food processor)
1 medium yellow onion
bell peppers
fresh tomatoes
Whatever you want! Get creative!

Mix together seasoning packet (or your own seasonings), Worcestershire and eggs by hand or in a small food processor.
In a small food processor (or by hand) chop together peppers and onions.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add both mixtures to ground beef to in a large mixing bowl until fully incorporated.
Add oats, rice or breadcrumbs. (Croutons in a food processor also work great because they are already seasoned)
Mix all ingredients by hand and press down into mixing bowl.
Dump meatloaf mold onto non-stick oil sprayed broiler pan.
Carefully mold into a 2-3 inch thick loaf without pressing into broiler pan slits.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
