1 4-5 lb. Chuck Roast
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Salt and Pepper on both sides of Chuck Roast, and coat each side with Worcestershire Sauce.
2. Place in a foil lined pan.
3. Spread Dry Onion Mix and Cream of Mushroom Soup on top of the meat and close the foil tightly.
4. Bake for 3 hours at 350.
