8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 cups Hot Mashed Potatoes
⅓ cup Green Onions, finely chopped
cup Chopped Pimento
1 tsp. Salt
dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Potatoes and softened Cream Cheese.
2. Add the other ingredients, put in a buttered casserole dish. May be topped with grated Cheese.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
