2 hard boiled eggs
6-7 chicken livers
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 T. chicken better than boullion
2-2 1/2 cups water
salt and pepper
cornstarch for thickening

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken livers in water with salt, pepper, and bouillon until tender.
2. Remove and chop coarsely.
3. Peel and coarsely chop eggs.
4. Add livers and eggs to liquid.
5. Bring to a slow boil.
6. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and slowly add to liquid while stirring continuously.
7. If too thick, add water. If too thin, add more cornstarch mixed in water until desired thickness is achieved.
8. Adjust salt and pepper.
9. Add baked chicken or turkey scraps, if desired.
10. Stir well and serve
