1/2 cup melted margarine
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup slivered almonds
2 pkgs instant vanilla puddings
2 2/3 cups cold milk
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
2 cups whipped topping or cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Press lightly into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minuets or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minuets to form coarse crumbs. Cool. Divide crumb mixture in half, press half into same 9x13 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, mix instant puddings, milk and coconut extract. Fold in whipped topping. Mix well. Spread onto crumb layerin pan then top with remaining crumbs. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
