3 cups Sugr
3/4 cup Butter
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1 7 oz jar marshmellow creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugar, butter, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart pan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 min over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmellow creme, nuts and vanilla.
Beat well until blended. Pour into greases 13 x 9" pan. Cool a room temperature; cut into squares.
Makes 3 pounds.
