3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, chopped (or 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onions)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans (15 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano

1 pound medium or wide egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, onion, garlic and seasonings until blended. Place roast in crock pot. NOTE: If not using a crock pot liner, oil the crock pot to make cleanup easier. Pour tomato mixture over meat. Cook on High for 6-8 hours (depending on your crock pot) until meat falls apart. Serve over cooked noodles.

This "gravy" recipe and cooking method works with any cut of beef - the original recipe calls for Chuck Roast, but Lori has made it with other cuts and has had good success.
