1 lb. Chicken breasts, cut into about 2-3 serving sized pieces, then pounded with a mallet to flatten
1-1/2 cup Italian flavor bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
oil, enough to have about 1 inch in skillet
1 large can Hunts tomato pasta sauce, garlic and onion flavor
2 cups shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup shredded parmesan

VERMICELLI
4 servings cooked vermicelli
2-3 T. butter
1T. minced garlic
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

CHICKEN
1. Mix egg and milk in a shallow bowl. 2. Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then in bread crumbs.
3. Saute chicken in oil until browned on both sides.
4. Spray a large pyrex dish with Pam, then place chicken in a single layer into bottom of dish.
5. Pour a small amount of tomato sauce on top of each piece of chicken, then top with the cheeses.
6. Bake at 350 F until cheese is melted and chicken is done (about 10-15 minutes. 7.
Serve over the vermicelli prepared as below.

VERMICELLI
1. Melt the butter in a skillet..
2. Add garlic and chopped parsley.
3. Cook on low-medium heat until garlic is beginning to turn brown.
4. Place on plate.. Top with chicken.
