5 - 6 c flour

2 pkg quick rise yeast
½ c warm water

1¾ c warm milk
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tb salt
3 Tbs oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix yeast in warm water
2. Measure flour, put in a bowl
3. Warm milk, and add sugar, salt and oil.
4. Use a mixer - blend milk mixture, yeast mixture and 2 c of flour until smooth.
5. Continue to add flour (mixer or by hand) until it starts to leave the sides of the bowl.
6. Dump onto a floured surface. Knead, adding flour as needed, for about 5 minutes
7. Cover with plastic wrap and then a towel. Let rise until twice its size.
8. Punch down. Form into 2 loaves or dinner rolls.
9. Let rise again.
10. Bake at 400º for about 30 minutes.
