½ cup Pomegranate juice
¼ cup Sugar
½ Vodka, chilled
2 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
1½ tsp Agostura bitters
5 cups (40 oz) sparkling rosé wine, chilled
⅓ pomegranate rails (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine pomegranate juice and sugar. Microwave on high until warmed, approx 2 minutes.
2. Stir in vodka, lime juice, and bitters. Chill 20 minutes.
3. Gently stir in rosé.

Serve in champagne glasses. Top each with 4 to 5 pomegranate arils.
* Individual servings: 5 oz. Rosé and 1 oz. Pomegranate/Vodka mixture.
