1 c. warm water
3 T. olive oil (for dough) and 2 T. to drizzle on pan
1 t. salt
3 c. flour
1 T. yeast
Also add parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan with olive oil. Combine all ingredients at high speed for 60 seconds. Scoop dough into pan and let rise at room temperature for 60 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Gently poke dough with finger. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake until golden brown - 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven, wait 5 minutes and then turn bread out of pan onto a rack.
