3-4 ounces smoked salmon shredded
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 T grated onion
2 T lemon juice
1 T minced parsley
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of pepper

Topping paprika and additional parley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill covered in a serving dish for 3 hours.
Take out to set for 30 minutes prior to serving with assorted crackers. Sprinkle paprika and minced parley on top for athstetic value.

This recipe comes from my father, David Duncan. We did my 50th birthday in Homer, Alaska at my Uncle Kermit’s, and used some of the fresh caught salmon that we smoked to enjoy this recipe. Great for parties.
