Ingredients:  

1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1 lb. Sharp Tillamook shredded
1 small can diced Ortega chilis
1tsp. dehydrated onion
6 eggs beaten lightly
1 Cup sour cream


Directions:
Directions:
blend cheeses together, add chilies & onion.
Place in buttered 9 X 13 inch casserole dish

Mix eggs with sour cream. Pour over cheese mixture

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
