1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans (8oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. sliced olives
1c. sour cream
1c. small curd cottage cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 pkg, crisp tortilla chips
2 c. (1/2 lb. shredded ) Monterey Jack cheese

Place beef in skillet and brown. Add onion, garlic salt and tomato sauce; simmer a few minutes until mixed well.
Blend together sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies & olives.
In bottom of a well buttered casserole pan , place a layer of crushed tortilla chips,meat mixture, half of sourcream mixture and half of Jack cheese. repeat laters


Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
