Crust:
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Filling:
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
juice of one lemon*
grated rind of one lemon
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pie crust, pat into 8"x8" pan. Bake for 15 min. at 350.
Pour on baked crust and bake 20 min. at 350. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
