1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz shredded crab (real or imitation)
1 c. milk
4 eggs- beaten
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spread shredded cheese evenly in 9 inch pie pan. Combine milk, eggs, flour, salt/pepper, and onion- pour over cheese mixture. Top with crab, bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Let sit 10 min, garnish with Sriracha and parsley.
