4 c. cooked ham (ground in food processor)
1 c. Mayo
2 Tbsp Mustard
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 hard boiled eggs diced
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:

Grind ham in food processor to yield 4 cups. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, chill and serve.
