1 - 3 lb beef brisket
1 cup water
4 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 recipe BBQ sauce (3 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from brisket. Cut in chunks to fit in crockpot with above ingredients. Cover and cook on low 10 - 12 hours or on high for 4 - 5 hours. Discard cooking liquid and shred meat. Stir in BBQ sauce and cook 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve on Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns.

1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp Pickapeppa Sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Bring to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and simmer at reduced heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
