Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I was craving poppers one day and didn't have any hot peppers on hand but I did have the sweet peppers and italian sausage so this is what I came up with. This has been a great hit wherever I have taken it. The peppers freeze well so you can make them ahead of time when you know life is going to be too busy to put something together when you need it.
