1 tsp | lemon extract
2 cup | thick unsweetened apple sauce
2 cup | sugar
4 oz. package | unflavored gelatin
1 cup | nuts
1 tsp |vanilla
splash | lemon juice
cup | corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix one cup apple sauce with gelatin and let stand for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the apple sauce and sugar. Mix well. Boil about 20 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat put in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into 9x9 inch pan (oiled). Cool. Let sit 24 hours before cutting. Cut into squares and roll in powder sugar.
