2 lbs. Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Real Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes, put in pot of cold water.
When potatoes and water are at room temperature, turn on stove and bring to a boil.
Lower temperature and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
When potatoes are soft (check by inserting a fork into a piece), drain into a colander.
Combine the rest of the above ingredients. Use a hand mixer to mix together.

Double or triple all the ingredients when making for a crowd.
This recipe can be made a day or two ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Put into a 350 degree oven an bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot if you are taking it out of the refrigerator.
