2 large Sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2c margarine
2 T lemon juice
8 Large.Marshmallow or more
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch slices then set aside
same with the Marshmallow
In a small saucepan combine Margarine, Brown sugar, lemon juice, the pinch of cinnamon
cook over medium heat until it is candied
after it starts to boil reduce heat and cover let it simmer for 3 minutes then remove
from heat.
Put potatoes into a baking dish layer them on top of each layer add sauce to it.
After you finish all layers put the marshmallow on top
Bake for 1 hour at 325 Degrees.
