2 tablespoons oil
2 large onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds ground beef
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (15-16 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon chili powder (or more to taste)
1 cup water
2-3 (15 oz) cans kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large kettle. Saute the onion and garlic until onion is soft. Add meat and brown. Drain. Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to the meat mixture. Simmer for one hour or put in crockpot on low for 4 hours.
