5 lbs of Potatoes
1 stick of Butter
⅓ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Sour Cream
Garlic Salt to Taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut Potatoes into chunks and place potatoes in a large pot of salted water
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes
Drain potatoes

Mash Potatoes with milk, sour cream, salt and pepper
