Adjust oven rack to middle position, preheat oven to 350º F.
Put 12 cupcake papers in muffin tin and set aside.
Put flour, sugar , baking powder, soda, and salt in mixing bowl.
Stir well and set aside.
Insert metal blade in food processor. Put cream cheese, lemon
juice, and vanilla in container. Process until smooth.
Add eggs and process 15 seconds. Clean sides with a spatula.
With machine running pour hot melted butter and process 10 seconds,
add milk process 5 seconds.
Add dry ingredients to container and mix 4-6 seconds pulse.
Add blueberries and pulse 3-4 seconds.
Pour into muffin tin , about ¾ full. Bake 30 mins. Cool on rack.
