1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Sticks of Butter
2 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients well and then chill dough

Once dough is chilled, roll dough into balls in the palms of your hand

placed ball on greased cookie sheet.

wet bottom of a glass with water, dip into sugar and use to flatten cookie on the sheet

Bake for 8 minutes and then let cool
