16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/2 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 tsp hot sauce
1 cup whole wheat Ritz crushed (or breadcrumbs)

Optional:
1/2 c/ corn kernals

Directions:
-Heat oven to 375F. In a medium bowl, mash black beans with fork until thick and pasty. In a food processor, combine bell pepper, onion, and garlic- stir into beans. Mix in egg, spices, hot sauce and crumbs (And corn if desired). Divide mixture into 4-5 patties- bake for 20 minutes, flipping patties halfway through baking.
