2 tbsp. butter
c. chopped onion
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 chicken breast skinned
c. chopped green, red, yellow or orange pepper
1- c. water

1 tsp cornstarch
3 tsp water

fresh chopped parsley

Melt butter in skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Remove to platter, leave drippings in skillet add onions and peppers. Saute until tender. Return chicken to skillet.

Combine soup mix, water and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl, pour over chicken and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done (no pink inside).

Make sauce and pour over chicken and simmer until slightly thickened. Serve chicken on platter and pour sauce over top. Garnish if desire
