⅓ c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. virgin olive oil
sea salt / cracked pepper to taste

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients or combine in a small jar and shake well. Keep in refrigerator for 2 days.

Dressing is wonderful on dark leafy salad greens.
