1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. water
c. sugar
1- tbsp. corn starch
c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan add berries, water and sugar. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer 15-20 minutes. Mix corn starch and 1/4 c. water and stir into simmering berry mixture until thickens. Refrigerate any leftover. Reheat on stove as mixture will jell.

Good on pancakes, french toast, angel food cake, pound cake and ice cream.
