Salsa:
2 med Granny Smith apples - chopped small chunks
2 kiwi peeled - chopped small chunks
1- c. strawberries - chopped small chunks
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. apricot or apple jam
2 tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest

Chips:
8 7" flour tortillas

Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture:
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. cinnamon

Salsa:
Small bowl combine kiwi, strawberries, sugar, jam, juice and zest. Gently add apples cover and refrigerate.

Chips:
Moisten each tortilla with water. Sprinkle each with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut into 8 wedges (use sharp knife or pizza cutter). Bake 400F for 8-10 minutes. Watch closely so not to burn.
