1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plain corn flakes
4 cups rhubarb diced
2 pie shells for One pie

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and eggs till blended, add cornflakes and rhubarb and stir to blended. Pour into pie shell, make strips with other pie shell and cover with strips to make lattice on top.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake additional 20 to 30 minutes until rhubarb is soft.
