"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 cups white sugar
1 small box Jell-O
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp white corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine unbeaten egg whites, sugar, Jell-O, salt, water, and corn syrup in the top of a double boiler. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until it is very well mixed (for a minute or two). Place the pan over simmering water in the bottom of the double boiler and continue to beat at high speed until the frosting will stand in stiff peaks (this will take about 7 minutes). Occasionally use a spoon to stir the frosting from the bottom and sides of the pan so that it is all included in the beating. Remove the pan form above the boiling water and continue to beat for another minute or so until the frosting is thick enough to spread.
