2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter - melted in pie pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, and flour. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 425 for about 10-14 minutes. Serve with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or fruit.
