2 pounds ground beef (80/20 fat)
1 pkg onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 cup plain bread crumbs
3 eggs
12 oz bottle chili sauce, plus bottle of water
3/4 cup brown sugar
16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
16 oz can sauerkraut, drained and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and eggs and mix well. Form into balls and arrange in a 9X13 baking pan.

Heat chili sauce, bottle of water from chili sauce, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and sauerkraut. Cook till blended well and pour over meatballs to cover. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 1.5 hours.
