Cajun Pasta Recipe

1 (14 ounce) package Kielbasa, cut into diagonal slices
16 ounce penne pasta, cooked and drained
4 c. heavy cream
4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 c. shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta accordingly to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Saute sausage in a large skillet over medium/high heat; turning occasionally.
Add cream and cajun seasoning; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 3-4 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese. Add pasta to sauce and mix.
