30 gingersnaps
¼ cup pecan pieces
1/3 cup margarine, melted
14 oz pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend cookies, pecans, and margarine. Press into 13" x 9" pan. Bake 10 minutes. Increase temperature to 375º. Mix together the pumpkin, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Blend until smooth. Beat eggs and milk into pumpkin mixture and blend well. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the prepared crust and bake 10 minutes. Reduce to 350º and bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
