cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
tsp baking soda
tsp nutmeg
tsp cinnamon
1 ⅓ cup quick oats
6 oz choc chips, raisins, nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over at 375.

In medium bowl cream butter and sugar together, add the slightly beaten egg and mashed
bananas until mixed well.

In large bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the wet mixture until blended. Add
oats and any of the optional items.

Drop by spoonful on greased sheet. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes
