1 cup sugar
4 tbsp cold water
4 eggs, separated
4 tbsp cocoa
cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
tsp vanilla
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with cold water. Mix all ingredients except for the egg whites. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into batter. Bake less than 30 minutes at 350 in cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Cool slightly and spread with whipped cream. Roll in cloth and refrigerate.
