1 cup white sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
½ cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Salt
2 eggs, beaten separately
1/3 cup nuts

Directions:
Beat egg white and add to remaining ingredients (except nuts). Spread nuts at the bottom of the pan. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.

3 tbsp butter, melted
5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cream milk
½ cup coconut
Directions:

Ice the cake and return to oven until golden brown.
