1 lb.(or more) shredded chicken (or ground beef or ground turkey)
pkg. Enchilada seasoning mix
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 T.. water

1 pkg of small torillas
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken and shred. Or brown ground beef or turkey in skillet and drain off any fat. Add the pkg, seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water and stir while heating until bubbly.

Heat sour cream and cream of chicken soup on stove, stirring constantly until heated through. Place a tortilla on the countertop and put about c, of meat mixture in center of tortilla. Continue filling the rest of torillas. Roll them up snugly and place them seam side down in a 9 x 12" greased glass pan. Pour sour cream mixture over the top of tortillas and spread grated cheese over the top. Microwave for about 5 minutes or cover with foil and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
