Rhubarb Cake Recipe

3 cups rhubarb pieces
1 package red Jell-O powder, strawberry
1 cup butter
1 cups + 2 tbsp white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
cup nuts

Mix rhubarb with Jell-O and set aside. Make cake batter (butter, 1 cups white sugar, eggs, sour cream, flour, baking powder, and baking soda) and place in a 13" x 9" buttered pan. Spread rhubarb mixture over batter, then of the topping (brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and nuts) and the rest of the batter, then topping again. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
