3 cups rhubarb
1 tbsp water
cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup flour
cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb and water over low heat and stir until cooked. Add sugar and cornstarch. Cook 5 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make the crumbs. Press into an 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
