4 cups icing sugar
cup cocoa
cup butter
cup evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla
cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sieve icing sugar together with cocoa. Cut butter into chunks and sprinkle on mixture. Pour evaporated milk over mixture. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Butter an 8" x 8" pan and line with wax paper. Butter wax paper. Pour fudge into prepared pan. Put in fridge to set or put in freezer if in a hurry (will set in 10 minutes). Cut into small squares.
