Zucchini Casserole Recipe

4 zucchini 6 to 7 inches long
1 3/4 cup soft bread
1/2 Cup grated Kraft American cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tbs parsley
1 1/4 twp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 eggs beaten
Parmesan cheese

Wash zucchini, cup off ends, put in boiling salted water til tender (10 min.?)
Cut 1/2 lengthwise.
remove center of squash with spoon, chop and add to stuffing.
Turn zucchini upside down to drain.
Pam the pan and sprinkle zucchini shells with salt and fill
Dab with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 30-45 minutes or browned
