2 cups sugar
3 rounded TBS of flour
3 fresh large eggs
1 cup buttermilk - “Scoff at that low-fat”. Get the fat - it’s a pie
1 tsp good quality fresh butter
1 tsp good quality vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg if desired
Pie crust - ready to fill

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until well blended
Add flour and eggs, mix until smooth
Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix until creamy
Pour into pie crust
Add nutmeg if desired
Bake 350 preheated oven until sharp knife comes out clean. About 1 hour 10 min.

Eat a piece warm, then let it cool and share with others.
