inch to 1 inch (2 centimeters to 3 centimeters) cut and peeled potatoes

Sunflower oil


Fish:

Haddock fish fillets

1⅓ cups + 1 tablespoon (200 grams) flour

Salt, to taste

Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Chips.
Place chips in pot of boiling water for about a minute and then drain. Coat with 2 tbsp sunflower oil and cook for about 25 min in air fryer. Remove and pat with paper towel or tea towel.

Fish.
Dredge fish in flour mixture and pan fry in sunflower oil. Cook until golden brown for 5-7 minutes per side.
