6 lemons juiced and measured
1 lime
1 20 oz. can of Pineapple Juice
2 drops of Young Living Lavender Vitality Essential Oil (I only recommend Young Living for internal use)
10 cups of water (or equivalence of 10 x the amount of juice from lemons and lime)

Directions:
Directions:
Juice the lime and lemons and measure to see how much water will be needed (1 cup of juice = 10 cups of water)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with or without ice.
